When using the Health Service - Evanston, please be aware
that there will be charges for certain services such as laboratory
tests, prescriptions, X-ray examinations and immunizations.
Payment is expected to be made at the time of service at
Patient Accounts which is located on the east end of the first floor lobby. Any unpaid charges will be forwarded to your general
tuition account at Student
Accounts. You are responsible for the full payment of
medical expenses for hospital emergency room, inpatient or
outpatient services. If you have the Northwestern
insurance plan, you also are responsible for the full
payment of any medical expenses incurred without prior approval.
The Insurance Office can give
you advice or assistance with the filing of insurance claims
forms. If you have any insurance questions, please call 847
