If you are too ill to attend classes or take an examination,
you should call the Health Service for an appointment at 847
491-2204. You are responsible for contacting your instructors
at the time of the illness and arranging for make-up work.
The Health Service does not write 'excuse' notes, but will
verify that you have been seen for a medical problem if your
instructor contacts us. The Health Service compiles a list
of students who miss final exams for medical reasons and sends
the list to all deans at the end of the quarter.
