Missed or Failed Appointments

Although there is no charge to eligible students for office visits, individuals who miss any Health Service appointment without canceling at least two hours in advance are charged a $25 fee. This fee will be applied to the student's account at Student Accounts. Cancellation messages may be left 24 hours/day, 7 days/week at the appointment desk telephone at 847 491-2204.
