• Regular Business Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday
• Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Urgent care only.
• Closed on Sunday and University holidays
• Call 847 491-2204 to schedule an appointment.
• After hours emergencies and urgent calls will be referred by the answering service to the physician on call.

Health Service/Chicago

• Regular Business Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Appointments are scheduled by calling 312 695-8134 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• There are no walk-in hours; however, same day appointments are available.
