Flu Shot Information

• Eligible students may call to schedule influenza vaccines at the Health Service/Evanston Campus beginning Tuesday, October 16, 2007
• Vaccines will be given on an appointment basis. Call 847 491-2204 to schedule an appointment weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Students must present a valid student ID (WildCARD) at the time of the appointment to be eligible for the vaccine.
• Payment of $20 cost for the vaccine is expected at the time of service or may be billed to the student's NU account
• The flu vaccine is available to students only; faculty, staff and student families are not included in the eligible group.

Note: Northwestern University Health Service is no longer permitted to offer flu shots to faculty or staff.
