Appointments are strongly recommended for clinical services at the Health Service/Evanston Campus. There are two ways to schedule an appointment:
- Use the Personal Health Portal.
- Call 847 491-2204 to schedule or cancel an appointment. You may also call 847 491-8100 to speak to a nurse about an urgent physical illness or injury. Please have your student ID number with you before you call.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 847 491-2204, day or night. If we are closed, please leave us a message. A $25 fee is assessed for all missed appointments and for all appointments not cancelled at least two hours before the scheduled appointment time.
When you arrive at Health Service on the day of your appointment, please use one of the kiosks on the east wall of the first floor lobby for our self check-in process. Just follow the prompts on the screen and use your WildCARD in the card reader on the right hand side of the kiosk. A demo of how to use a kiosk may be viewed in the image on this page.
