If you have been to the Health Service, you may have noticed
the green comment cards that are available in key locations
throughout the building. We encourage you to provide us feedback
about the quality of our service either by filling out a Comment
Card when you are at the Health Service or trying our Web
Comment Card. Additionally, many patients receive an invitation
via e-mail to complete a Web-based Patient Satisfaction Inventory.
The staff of the Health Service are committed to providing
the Northwestern community a high degree of service and our
comment card system is one mechanism by which you may communicate
with us.
You may choose to be anonymous if you wish, but for those
who provide us with a name and an address or phone number,
we may be following up directly with you to help ensure your
satisfaction with the Health Service. All comment cards are
reviewed by the Director of the Health Service and the members
of the Health Service Executive Commitee. Additionally, you
may be interested in readling the document on Patient
Rights and Responsibilities.
Comment cards and the various patient satisfaction surveys
the Health Services utilizes are an important part of our
quality management program and we encourage you to be part
of this communication process. Remember, improvement comes
only with communication and suggestions.
