Students who have questions concerning their various charges for healthcare as they relate to the Student Health Insurance Plan acquired from Northwestern may contact Wendy Weaver at 847 491-2114 from the Insurance Office at Northwestern University Health Service. She can assist you with questions related to coverage provided under the plan and other patient service issues for students using the Health Service/Chicago Campus at Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation (NMFF).
