Patient Billing

All students need to register to make sure their information is in Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation's (NMFF) system by calling 312 695-9696. NMFF will submit claims to a student's insurance directly for all services rendered at the Chicago Campus. If no insurance is available, the bill will be sent directly to the student. If a student would like to add or update insurance information, please call NMFF's registration department at 312 695-9696.
